If a letter of demand and negotiating a resolution has been unsuccessful and further legal action is required, we can manage your debt or asset recovery matter from issuing and prosecuting proceedings in New South Wales to securing and enforcing any judgment.
Our service includes:
- Phone, email and/or video conference consultations.
- If not already completed, review of your documents and record of interactions with the debtor and a short strategy advice.
- Commencement of legal proceedings by filing a statement of claim in the applicable New South Wales Court including arranging personal service, acting and advising you further if proceedings are defended and securing a judgment or resolution to the matter.
- Advice as to enforcement action and recommendation.
You may choose to further engage us to act on your behalf for enforcement action if a resolution has still not been achieved with the debtor or you may close the matter and rest on your judgment.
